Powered by a stainless-steel, oil-free, submersible motor, the DA-20 is one of the most environmentally friendly water aerators available. With no oil to add or change, no control box required, and no routine maintenance, this unit is built for long-term reliability and ease of ownership. Installation is simple, requiring only two anchoring ropes with weights or tethers.
Engineered by The Scott Aerator Company, the DA-20 is designed to withstand harsh winter conditions without the need for costly or time-consuming winterization. Simply turn off the power and leave the aerator in the water during winter months. Once the ice thaws, restore power and the system is ready to operate—no damage, no extra steps.

Scott Aerator DA-20
So you've decided on the DA-20 aerating fountain. Now let's help you pick the right model. You will need to know how deep your pond is, what acreage it is, and how big you you like the spray pattern to be.
Small Ponds (less than 3/4 acre): Recommended HP Size is 1/3, 1/2 or 3/4 hp motor.
Medium Ponds (3/4 acre): Between 1-1.5 HP motors are recommended.
Large Ponds (From 1-5 acres): 2-3 HP motors are recommended.
Now you know what HP you need, lets see what water pattern size you want.
All patterns are measured in feet tall x feet wide:
- 1/3 HP: 5x8
- 1/2 HP: 6x22
- 3/4 HP: 7x23
- 1 HP: 7x25
- 1.5 HP: 10x25
- 2 HP: 11x26
- 3 HP: 11x32

Delivery:
Most orders are processed and shipped within [1-2 business days], with expected delivery times of [3-7 business days], depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives.
During seasonal peak times shipping processing may take longer.
Returns:
All standard Scott Aerator products are returnable for refund, minus shipping charges, if returned to the factory within 30 days of purchase. We make every effort to complete the refund within one week from receipt of the return.
Repairs:
We’ve made it easier than ever to get your product repaired! Our new Repair Request Packet ensures your request is handled quickly, accurately, and with the least amount of downtime possible.
Repairs are made on a first come first served basis. During seasonal peak months wait times may vary from 1-4 weeks.

Warranty
Fountains:
- 5 years against motor failure.
- 1 year against factory defects for all other product components.
Optional Lights Sets:
